UK 29er Class Association & SailTeck SARL Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. Entries from under 18s must have the explicit permission of their parent or guardian to enter.

2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter, participants must:

●      Follow SailTeck on Instagram.

●      Post a 10 – 15 second video.

●      Tag @uk29erclassassociation, @sailteck, and a friend of their choosing.

●      Use the hashtag: #29erSailTeck

2.2. Multiple entries are allowed.

2.3. All actions listed in section 2.1 must be completed before the competition deadline.

3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition opens on 6^th November 2025.
3.2. The competition closes at 11:59 PM (GMT) on the 26^th November 2025.

4. Winner Selection
4.1. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges from the UK 29er Class Association and SailTeck SARL.
4.2. The winning video will be the entry that the panel judges to be the most fun, engaging video.

4.3. The winner will be announced at the GP3 Rutland event.

5. Prize
5.1. The prize will be a SailTeck Race Compass.
5.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Claiming the Prize
6.1. The winner will be presented with the prize at the GP3 Rutland event.
6.2. In the event that the winner is absent from the GP3 Rutland event or SailTeck experiences difficulties delivering the prize to the event, SailTeck will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winner at the nearest opportunity.

7. General

7.1. SailTeck and the UK 29er Class Association are not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries due to technical failures or other reasons.
7.2. By entering, participants consent to SailTeck and the UK 29er Class Association using their name and entry video for promotional purposes related to the competition.

7.3. By entering, participants consent to providing a winner’s video should they win the prize. This video will feature the winner and their SailTeck Race Compass.
7.4. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

8. Privacy
8.1. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with SailTeck’s privacy policy.

9. Governing Law
9.1. This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
